What gives you the most comfort when you are down and out???
Chocolate !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
There is something magical about this food ( yes i call it food --- sometimes its my main course) . Its like this comfort blanket you can eat :) ....
Its raining and no power , candle light and what do you do , take a bar of delicious chocolate , sit by a window and watch the rain pitter patter , while you eat this rich delicious chocolate.
When I get bored and am in a mood for cooking (happens yes , once in a while) ... :) I just go right ahead and make some rich chocolate fudge (yum !! if i may say so) and eat it when it is warm and creamy. It just lifts you up and puts you in a better mood !! You almost think that the world is not such a bad place after all .....
Am this crazed out fan of chocolate while I know people who don't even like to come a hundred miles of the stuff. I mean how how how ?? !!! How can someone not like one of the greatest culinary delights of all time ?? Mind boggling.
Anyways I eat almost any chocolate , except those white chocolates -- call me a little biased here but coco is brown , chocolate is brown and has this delicious flavour ... so how can someone expect that white chocolate is chocolate in the conventional sense....
Anyways , any day when anyone is down and very very very disturbed -- -chocolate therapy is in order :) with a lot of silly cartoons and a nice book ... everything will be just OK !! :P

yes, i totally agree. today happens to be a very low day for absolutely no valid reason and just reading about rich chocolate fudge helped me get a little better. maybe i will go and buy some chocolates afterall
